2. Considering the lengths I've heard service members going to and the risks they are willing to take in order to save today's military robots (that are there to keep soldiers out of danger) I would not be surprised for a second if they also salute said robots.

3. Fallout 3 is were liberty frist came in to fall out lore, Libert saw more believable in fallout three, the robot lanched the nukes did not throw them, and better voice acting, and nuke blast were bigger in fallout 3.

4. As much as I agree with the overall sentiment of not saluting a machine. Liberty Prime is a lot more then just an unmanned drone, is fallout 3 he's able to identify a enclave defense's and problem solve a way through them.Robot's and computers gaining self awareness isn't unheard of in fallout (ZAX anyone,) and while Liberty Prime has only had a couple of hours of uptime and still thinks he's fighting china 200+ years ago, he almost certainly has the cognitive ability to gain that awareness even if he hasn't already done so.M.A.R.G.O.T. was aware that the world had likely ended, but chose to upkeep her programming. Which is as admirable as it is foolish. Also let's not forget that the Brotherhood is a Knightley Order that's worships at the feet of old world technology.I understand while a soldier of today would find saluting a robot weird, but it's totally appropriate for the Brotherhood of Steel.
