The world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is so large—so detailed and varied, so full of stories and inspirations. So many things to talk about. I’ve already made a video looking at the historical accuracy of Red Dead Redemption 2 from a broad perspective, but I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface. There are so many events, items, locations, so many people, expressions, and traditions—and I want to know more about all of them. So, starting all the way back at the beginning, this is the real history of Red Dead Redemption 2.

The Real History is a series of videos about historical video games, examining the true events that inspired them. Whether it's set in the 13th century, the 1990s, or an alternate reality, each game has a unique aspect based on or inspired by true historical events, and I'll try to examine these in an educational and entertaining format.

Thank so much for checking out the video! I know I've already looked at the historical accuracy of Red Dead Redemption 2 from a broad perspective, but this game is so large, I feel like there's so much more to look at. And I'll never miss the chance to make a video about this game!If you're interested in supporting the channel more, feel free to share the video or take a look at the benefits on Patreon. Honestly, though, your view is already more support than I could have ever asked for, and your comments mean the world to me. Your support is what keeps me going, and I can't thank you enough. What did you think of the video? Interested to see more information about chapter 2? Let me know!

In chapter 1, Arthur can look to the sky and see that it is blue. This dates back 2 billion years to the increasing amounts of oxygen in the atmosphere

I thought being called "yellow or Yella" was an Insult to asians who used to work the railroads and some would be too scared to use explosives and they would call people yella short for yellow meaning they were like wussy asians, isnt there a scene in A Million Ways to Die in the West about being called yella?
